My parents have been married twenty five years today! *tosses confetti for them* I am so happy/proud of/for them! Especially since no one in my mom's family has ever avoided being divorced. My parents are the first in their family that haven't divorced, and they still hold hands and everything. I think it's beautiful!

We're having this renewal of the vows thing/party at church on Friday night. I am hooooping some of my friends will come, because I don't want to be the only one I know there, lol.

Am loving this whole RPG thing.

I so, so, so terribly miss working with kids/teens right now. This is the first time in a long, long time I have had a job that did not involve youth in some way. Let me tell you how much I've realized from working in the dean's office at the design college here that I would rather work with a moody pre-teen know-it-all than a gossipy, embittered adult. Of course, these are generalizations, but I make them to make a point. The fact that I want to work in a middle school or high school was definitely solidified this summer with teaching the week at VBS for the sixth graders. I can't tell you how much I loved it.

Come back, deaf school and the cool kids that like to chat with me about Lord of the Rings and Wicked and stuff! Come baaaaack!
